Ohio Semitronics' latest power meters keep you current with convenient local and remote data display. The power display meter or PDM from Ohio Semitronics measures per-phase and total volts, amps and watts over a wide range of current and power factor parameters with high accuracy, at 0.25 percent or better.
While this unit supports all common 3-phase and single phase power systems, it offers superior, configurable local and remote display of data for performance for end-of-line production testing, and R&D laboratories for product energy efficiency test applications, as well as certifications for refrigeration manufacturers, appliance manufacturers, HVAC providers and motor certifications.
Features of the power display meter include:
-
Current sensors furnish measurement ranges of 50-5000 amps
-
Supports a 25 - 400Hz frequency range
• Suitable for applications with PWM-generated waveforms such as variable-speed motor controls
-
Accommodates a wide variety of current sensors for many applications
-
Serial communication port options provided through
-
RS-232C, RS-422 or RS-485 interface using a simple ASCII protocol
-
Simultaneous local display of three parameters on 5-digit, red, high-contrast LED displays
-
Measures true RMS voltage and current even with the presence of harmonics (distortion)
-
Remote displays available with easy-to-use graphical interface for recording, analyzing, and displaying data as well as customized applications with LabVIEW™ software.
-
Analog output converters available
