May 2016, MARIETTA, GA   The M400 PA is METTLER TOLEDO's newest 2-wire, multi-parameter transmitter with mixed-mode functionality. It provides the highest measurement reliability, thanks to METTLER TOLEDO's Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) technology, with easy handling and operation for full integration with PROFIBUS enabled networks.

The M400 2-wire transmitter series is the state-of-the-art transmitter for most demanding conditions in hazardous and non-hazardous area applications. The transmitter series features advanced ISM technology and covers pH/ORP, Oxygen, Dissolved Carbon Dioxide and Conductivity measurements. Thanks to the mixed-mode input functionality, the M400 accepts any analog or ISM sensor of your choice. The M400 is a single-channel, multi-parameter unit. The same unit can handle different parameters such as pH/ORP, Oxygen (for measurement of dissolved oxygen or in gas), Ozone, Dissolved Carbon Dioxide or Conductivity, depending on the type you choose.

Full ISM Compatibility
The M400 PA transmitter provides functionality with METTLER TOLEDO's high-end ISM sensor platforms. Systems work with optical DO* sensors (InPro 6860i, 6960i and 6960i), InPro 5000i, InPro 5500i, and the full portfolio of one-wire ISM pH, Oxygen, and Conductivity sensors (not including UniCond®).

Analog Sensors
As with the entire M400 family, the M400 PA is mixed-mode empowered making it compatible with a wide variety of analog sensors. This makes customer transitions from conventional analog to advanced digital ISM technology possible at any time.
