Endurance® Series Spot Pyrometers

The innovative Endurance® Series of high-temperature ratio pyrometers meets all requirements of modern industry: it is flexible and easy-to-install; durable to withstand the most demanding harsh industrial environments; visual – allowing you to see and understand your process temperature data.

The innovative optional camera feature allows you to continuously monitor your process visually, while the LED sighting option allows you to see the spot size on the target and make sure you have a clean line of sight to the target. The match function takes the guesswork out of setting the emissivity. Endurance companion software allows you to archive your process temperatures for data analysis and sensor setup. The Endurance Series is supported by the best-in-class 4 year warranty.

Raytek MP150 Linescanner

The Raytek MP150 infrared linescanner is designed for use in highly demanding industrial environments and provides accurate temperature images of moving objects. This multi-point measurement is achieved by a rotating optical system, which collects infrared radiation at up to 1024 points within a 90º field-of-view. The motorized mirror scans at rates up to 150 lines per second.

An internal high-speed microprocessor calculates the temperature of the individual measurement points of each line of data. The MP150 includes a provision for air or water-cooling, three configurable analog outputs, and two-way digital communications. The linescanner also features on-board Ethernet TCP/IP communication capability and a built-in line laser for rapid alignment. Optional analog or digital output modules are available.

Raytek ThermoView® Pi20 Fixed Thermal Imager

Raytek® ThermoView® Pi20 is a high performance, fixed thermal imager for moving or stationary targets in industrial process control applications. ThermoView Pi20 is offered in two temperature ranges: -40 to 500° C (-40 to 932ºF) and 200 to 2000°C (392 to 3632ºF). For each temperature range, three lens options are available: 21.7° x 16°, 30° x 22° or 45.2° x 33.7°. The Raytek online interactive ThermoView Pi20 Field- of- View Calculator will help you select your camera model, lens and distance to your target, and calculate the maximum field -of -view and estimated pixel size for detection and temperature measurement.

ThermoView Pi20 provides easy networking over long distances, using the standard Ethernet interface. This interface allows for the PC operating the DataTemp Pi (DTPi) intuitive and easy-to-use software, to be located far away. The Ethernet interface transmits up to 30 frames per second of imaging data and also allows for camera control. For long Ethernet cable runs beyond 90 m (300 ft), additional fiber- optic Ethernet accessories are available. Raytek also offers a LabVIEW™ and C++ based Software Development Kit (SDK) for users who need to develop their own customized software solutions.
