Despatch Industries Industrial Ovens & Furnaces

Despatch Industries has specialized in thermal processing for over 100 years and is actively using this technical expertise to provide innovative solutions to critical applications in a broad range of markets and cutting edge technology worldwide. Despatch manufactures a wide range of industrial ovens designed to accommodate a variety of load sizes and production volumes. Our batch oven line includes forced convection ovens, pass-through ovens, inert atmosphere ovens, HEPA filtered ISO Class 5 clean room ovens and Class A ovens. Applications include die bond curing for wafer level packaging of semiconductors, polyimide curing, magnetic annealing, drying, sterilizing, aging, reliability testing, wafer-level burn-in and other process critical procedures. Despatch continuous ovens offer conveyor widths from 46 to 91 centimeters with electric or gas heat. Conveyor ovens help ensure consistent thermal processing times for each part in high-volume applications, such as manufacturing electronic components or automotive parts. Conveyor ovens may also allow several discrete processes to be combined, reducing material handling and increasing throughput.

Despatch Industries’ Batch Ovens for Precision Aging of Aluminum May 2022 MARIETTA, GA ~ Aluminum is a remarkable engineering material. Its low density and high corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for numerous uses. Aluminum is also highly versatile. While aluminum has its drawbacks, it’s easily alloyed with other materials to produce aluminum-based materials with specific properties. In addition, precision age hardening of aluminum can help you add the right strength and mechanical properties, allowing you to use aluminum in a wide variety of applications. Despatch Industries batch ovens are ideal for precision aging aluminum and aluminum-based alloys, thanks to their heat-treating capabilities. Uniform heat transfer for this process requires that the heated air is in contact with all the load simultaneously. It also requires that the air temperature is uniform. Despatch Industries batch ovens can meet each of these requirements with ease. What’s more, these ovens can accommodate large or oddly shaped parts and will be evenly t...
